Warzone 2.0 players are discovering the wildest bugs known to mankind but nothing tops an infinite money exploit that works both in the battle royale and the new DMZ mode. Considering how important money is for buying loadouts, streaks and equipment, the glitch completely breaks the game. Players are making use of the Warzone 2.0 money glitch to get $1.3 Million in cash and it feels like cheating. The exploit is to be patched very soon but until then, players will have a field day with infinite money at their disposal.
How the money glitch works in Warzone 2.0
According to a tweet by content creator JGOD, “There is a Bug in DMZ that if money is close to a floor weapon it gives you maximum cash while trying to stow the money. The max ends up being $1.3 Million.”
James "JGOD" Godoy was unsure if the glitch works in Warzone 2.0 as well and others confirmed that it does. The exploit is random and you cannot replicate it consistently enough to max out your cash. While the exploit is very tempting, players should avoid using it at all costs.
Activision has banned players for using money and XP glitches in the past and you might lose access to the game forever for using the exploit. It is possible to glitch the game accidentally and it is unlikely that you will be banned for it. But repetitive use of the exploit is very likely to invoke a ban.
If you do get wrongfully banned for the exploit and want to appeal, here’s what you need to do:
-
Login with your email and password
-
Head to Account Settings in the Profile menu
-
There is an Activision ID tab that shows your current ID
Submit a ticket at https://support.activision.com/ with your Activision ID to seek assistance with unbanning. Appeals do not guarantee unbans and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
